G is for Garage. Or Garage, depending on your pronunciation. Thanks for the theme Sepiana! Bill, a beautiful example of G -- a colorful image with lots of visual interest. The details are amazing!

G is for Garden and this one was looking Good today: and G is also for Gingko - a tree in the Garden that has a unique fan-shaped leaf with radiating veins as well as an interesting history Tony, two beautiful and colorful interpretations of G. I particularly like the first image; the colors are amazing.

What else could it possibly be. G . . . ...is for . . . . Greyhound. whippet, perfect for this theme! I like your abiding by the Rule of Odds (three sculptures).

G is for my fellow Graduates...this is a Group shot from our 55th HS reunion last Saturday. Vicki, your fellow graduates will undoubtedly enjoy this image. Great capture! Thanks for acknowledging when you took it! Hopefully you will post back with a timely G (in the spirit of the WP challenge). Looking forward to it.

G is for Gargoyles, decorating the corners of Shipbourne Church tower in Kent. As well as being decorative. they serve a practical purpose, draining rainwater well away from the fabric of the building. Brenda Brenda, what a finding! An architectural G with history. Great capture!

Clive, nice G combo. The goose does seem to be swimming in a sea of gold.

Jim, this is hilarious. Very whimsical. Look at this face! Thanks, Sepiana. Glad you enjoyed it. She's one of about 4 brown tree squirrels that visit our backyard looking for peanuts in the shell and black bird seeds.

Coming in at the the end of the line again. Finally found some Gold that I deemed worth shooting. The week before this challenge, I was was in the most perfect spot for it, with several shots that I really like. I didn't want to cheat the game, so I didn't post any of those shots (I may add a couple to my Gallery though). Locally we haven't had much that inspired me but I took the dog out by the river, hoping I could find a spot devoid of seasonal deer hunters. This cottonwood tree had one golden branch, so I stopped down to f16 for the starburst effect and took the shot. I added the Orton effect in PS.
