When I saw this article in the paper today I knew I wanted to try a scrapbook page with the images I had taken of the house. I decided to do it in B/W as some of the pictures I wanted to use had already been converted. Background tree from StockSolo I hope the link works...

Helen, I absolutely loved that house when we lived about a mile from it! Dr. Ambrosio was my doctor and I remember a discussion we had about his home. He had found an old photo (predating his ownership of the home) and proudly displayed it on the wall in his office. He absolutely loved his home! It's so sad that it has been allowed to deteriorate to such a degree since his passing. I really hope the new owner follows through with his plans to restore the exterior!

What a lovely looking property and it’s some size. It’s a shame it was allowed to deteriorate. Nice to think it may be restored to some degree at least.

What a beautiful house she must have been in her day, sad to see how deteriorated she has become. I am intrigued by the old gentleman behind the fence, was he really there? Perfect backdrop for movie makers.

Oh, I would have loved to have seen the interior of that home, VickiD. I am intrigued by the old gentleman behind the fence, was he really there? No, Jacki. I added him there for some reason that I no longer remember....but I was pleased with the way it came out.
