This is a really old layout - using a template and not making many changes to the design.
Don't know whose template this is - nor whose kit I used.

I once made a cassette tape of different versions of Silver Bells LOL
You can make that chain of beads look like it's draped by erasing the parts that overlap the top
so it looks like part of the chain is behind the bracket. Select the bracket, go to your bead layer
and hit delete.
Sometimes to finesse it, you may have to use two layers - one under bracket, one on top - and
then erase on top layer. Try the simple one layer method first.
I used this same method to make the bell's hanger look like it's around the bottom of the S
