It was inevitable.

Coming in November some price increases for certain Adobe applications and a system of debits and credits for using their AI products. More information can be found in this video from Brian Matiash:

P.S. Note that the Lightroom/Photoshop Photography Plan is NOT included the November price increases. Relief!
