I took this photo last year at a public park near Northridge, CA. It looked like it had been split by lightening. Have fun playing with part or all of it as you see fit.  |

- Did a sky replacement (Blue Skies). - Applied the Neural filter (Color Transfer). - Applied the Poster Edges filter. - Applied a texture by Marie Altenburg (Blue Horizon, Multiply blending mode, 75% Opacity). - Ran the Photo Edges action by Panos. - Cat and seagull images from Pixabay.  |

That's quite a challenge you have given us Jim ... Lillias: Love the way your additions of the owl and thatched hut blend in nicely with the colors and textures of the other subjects. |

An appealing combination of edits, Sepiana. Your moody colors, cool border, and juxtaposition of those two natural "enemies" on the limbs all works well together. And as you know, I really like Marie Altenburg's textures. |

Wow! A beautiful kaleidoscope-like interpretation of the subject, Frank. It sort of makes me think of what a cross section of the tree limb might have looked like in it's better days. |
