I am on Windows and I have the CC subscription for both Photoshop and Lightroom. When I logged on to my computer a few hours ago, I was prompted to install the updates. I went ahead. (I had not seen your post yet.) It may be a bit too early to say but so far so good -- no crashes and no performances issues.

Thanks Sepiana. Glad all is ok for you so far.
I think I'll hold off on the update for now. As the Laura Shoe post mentions potential crashes on Mac OS, I don't want to risk that.

The first device I turned on this morning was my Android Smartphone and there was an update to Lightroom Mobile which I went ahead and installed. I too had not seen Laura's warning. I am going to wait a while before updating on my Laptop and IPad.
