Yes, I have been on chat, sent them the Order from Amazon, which they got while still on chat so now I'm waiting. I wasn't told that I qualified or that I would get the download and serial number in a number of days but I didn't ask either. Neither did I - she just said 'I see that you are eligible for free upgrade to PSE 14. I will have to place a FOC ( FREE OF COST) order for you.You will receive the serial number along with the download link in 10 business days' I think you bought v13 at the same price I did, didn't you? I think so - £34.99 Watch this space! Bayla

They said I qualified to & would get the dl & serial number in 10 days. They saw the invoice from Amazon with the discounted price, but it was not a problem. Give it a try!

Did you have to contact them again when it didn't come in the 7-10 days quoted?

Do you have to repurchase when you upgrade to a newer version of PSE?

Thanks Sepiana. Must be having a very senior moment or else I should be in bed....I followed your link and then clicked on Apply for Upgrade and then had to click on a 'Contact us' link which lead me to this: But I'm not sure which of the blue headings I should choose - none of them lead to anything to do with a complimentary upgrade as far as I can tell! I notice that if you purchased PSE13 around the time that a new version of the software was announced then you may be eligible for a free upgrade. My question is how close to the time does it have to be? I purchased PSE13 on September 1st and put it on my PC & registered it about a week later. Is that close enough to the PSE14 announcement to qualify do you think>

That was hard. Plenty of flowers but no silhouettes! And no sun which would have made it easy to take a silhouette picture. Eventually I decided to take a picture of my orchids against the completely cloudy white sky: Now can someone show me a picture of a bunch of keys? Bayla

Well I was tempted to post a self portrait as I'm feeling somewhat antique! Instead here is a Jewish prayer book which belonged to my dh's great-great-great grandmother, given to her for her wedding in 1884. Unfortunately we can't use it anymore as it is just too delicate: Now, who can show me a picture of a chess piece? Bayla

This is so interesting. 59, wow! Here in the UK we only have 15 national parks, definitely more doable! I have visited at least nine of them, but because of the small size of our country, have been back to some of them again & again! Probably not as spectacular as yours either, but wonderful places to visit all the same.

OK. Here's my starter picture, some cup cakes taken at a party: I'd like someone to post a picture of balloons. Bayla

Helen,
I think the way it worked was someone posted a picture & then said what they wanted to see in the next picture. The first to post got to choose the next picture etc. I seem to remember it got quite fast & furious at one stage!

I am no expert here but I think what you see (small squares, gray squares, or blank spaces) is related to which web browser you are using. I use IE11.
As a side note -- The same would happen when the Pixentral site was acting up. Some reported a little square; others reported a blank space.
And I see a mixture of both! I'm using Firefox, but if it happens again I'll check out other browsers to compare. Thanks for the explanation, Sepiana. I had been thinking it was all to do with my new HD - at least I know now it's not a 'quirk of my computer' Bayla
