Very nice effect you have here. I think I would try and find a nice old frame to mount it in. P.S. I'm with your signature about missing the old EV. This is nice, but it isn't the old EV. Some people are here, some are on FB, but then again some people are on both. Great job again.

Thanks Janice and Verber10. Glad you like it.
What I miss most about the old EV is the ease of attaching a photo to a post. Either I get them too small or too large. Guess I'm a slow learner.

Berie, there's a drop down menu. You can see the size I chose for this picture.

Keep your file size to a dimension between 700 px and 1000 px on the longest side and it will be just fine. I myself find 1200 px (the maximum allowed back in EV) to be a bit too big here. Also, I would suggest doing the resizing within Elements/Photoshop; this will give you more control over the process. Then, make sure to select "Do not resize my image" in the postimage.org dialog box.

I don't attach, I use a hosting service (Smugmug), and I link to a 1024 size on the longest edge. Smugmug gives the option of linking from 3XL (1600 px) down to Tiny (100 px), or you can link the original (I upload at 2000 px), and resizes to your specified link. I find that this gives me good results for any of the forums that I post to.
