I decided to capture the snow moon on Saturday. I compared an sooc jpg, edited raw, and a 9 image stack processed by Registax ( raw files not accepted )

I like how the ridges or craters show up on the horizon in the 9 image stack.

I like how the ridges or craters show up on the horizon in the 9 image stack. It's amazing how removing noise by aligning and stacking actually produces a sharp image. |
