Hi everyone, Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread. The rules are rather simple.
- Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. - Photoshopping is allowed but should be kept to the basics only rather than a total transformation. - Grab your camera, experiment, and, most of all, have fun.NOTE This week's theme was suggested by tonyw. (Thanks, Tony!)

Taken from the window this morning.... This would be more aptly titled slow motion. Projected to be finished in the Fall, but because of a dispute between the engineer and the contractor, work has only recently resumed.

I used a blazing fast shutter speed of 1/125 second (!!!) to freeze the motion of these two assault chickens. I'm not sure if they were after my wallet or my camera, but I wasn't about to stick around to find out. Thanks for the theme Tony and Sepiana!

to freeze the motion of these two assault chickens. HA HA! Awesome photo Bill. I'll see your two chickens and raise you three mallards. That's snow vs dust bunnies.

I shot this photo on the way home from dinner with friends last night. I've been experimenting with ICM lately and one way is to shoot from a car without moving the camera (you let the movement of the car create the motion). This is a result of that style. I call it "Super Premium Gasoline".

Surprised a gaggle of geese today which got them in motion with just enough time to get a quick pic: Tony

A chilly morning in the park and everybody is on the move - the one exception being the obstinate static observer on the right. i.ibb.co/4jSg766/Rest-2.jpgDennis

Taken from the window this morning.... Helen, great finding! Your subjects are definitely not at rest. They all scream "Motion".

I think they were after a model fee; they deserve it.

HA HA! Awesome photo Bill. I'll see your two chickens and raise you three mallards. Clive, and you did a great job. The use of empty space emphasizes the "motion" displayed by your subject.

Vicki, a nice take on the ICM technique coupled with a very creative interpretation of Motion. Well done!
