I recently d/l "Dropbox" software so I can email videos but now, whenever I upload my camera's SD card photos to the PC, the photos no longer go to my PSE Organizer. Instead, I find them under James > Dropbox > Camera uploads. Is there a setting or something I can change to get my photos to u/l to my Organizer like they used to? **(I wasn't sure where to post this topic, so please move it if there's a more appropriate heading. Thanks.)

Jim, it sounds like you need to reconfigure the AutoPlay settings for the SD card. AutoPlay is usually in your pc's Control Panel but exactly where it is and how you configure it will depend on the operating system you are using. I have mine set to open the SD card as any other external drive and I then go to the folder(s) containing my photos and copy/drag them to the appropriate folder on my pc.

I believe you need to reconnect the Adobe's Photo Downloader, whose job is to pull your photos from your card into the Organizer. When you insert your card, you should get the Windows AutoPlay dialog box. The Downloader should be one of the options. Just click on "Organize and Edit using Adobe Elements Organizer x.x". After the Downloader does its job, you will be in the Organizer.
EDIT: Also, make sure to check the box that says -- "Always do this for pictures".

Sepiana, I used to get that Autoplay dialog box, but after d/l Dropbox I only get: "This PC > OS(C:) > Users > James > Dropbox > Camera Uploads. It automatically uploads them to that file.

Yes, the autoplay settings are in my control panel and that worked. : Now I just have to figure out how my Organizer and Editor work with each other in PSE13. I still have PSE8 on this PC too, so I may go back to u/l them into my 8 Organizer 'til I figure things out.

Let's try this.
After you insert your card, go to Start>Computer, right-click on your card drive, and select Open AutoPlay. This should bring up the AutoPlay dialog box. Then, you will be able to select the Adobe's Photo Downloader -- "Organize and Edit using Adobe Elements Organizer x.x".
EDIT: OK! I noticed you solved the problem. But I will leave this post here; it may help others who may encounter the same issue.
