A beautiful image Sepiana... I used CE Challenge 144 'Oil Painting' by tonyw as my inspiration for this effort. So I started with adding the Glass filter followed by Paint Daubs, Angled Strokes, Crosshatch and Canvas Texture. I then added a hide all mask and using various watercolour brushes brushed parts of the image back into view. Finished with a vignette and a small border.  |

- Created the background with a texture by Meg Bitton (Magical Frost). - Applied the Liquify filter. - Took the file into Topaz Studio (Liquid Pencil). - Applied Topaz B&W Effects (Yale Sky).  |

- Ran my English Tea Can Painting action. - Applied a texture by Nicolesy (Artists Surface, Overlay blending mode, 25% Opacity). - Created the frame effect with Filter Forge (Matching Frame).  |

- Applied the Poster Edges filter. - Applied the Plastic Wrap filter (Darken blending mode, 100% Opacity). - Applied a Color Lookup adjustment layer (LUT by fotofrank – Graffiti). - Applied the Texturizer filter (Brick).  |
