My attention was drawn to a link Sepiana provided recently in the Digital Scrapbooking - Resources thread. It relates to a tut by Gina Harper from Digital Scrapper on how to use the Wave filter (found under the Distort menu in PSE) to turn a rectangle into what she calls a spectrogram anchor. This can be used to add texture and a fading edge to the rectangle which can then be used as a clipping mask. The tutorial can be found www.digitalscrapper.com/blog/dst-spectrogram-anchor/ I used it in this page. Image from Pixabay, items used from ‘Shabby Rose’ kit by Peaches and Cream Designs and a ‘Day at the Beach’ by Tracey B Creations.

That turned out great Helen. I've seen the term G.O.A.T before and wondered about it. This time I Googled it and now I know. Who would have guessed!

BillieJean - I didn't know what G.O.A.T. meant either and wouldn't have looked it up if you hadn't mentioned it. Clever application of the term, Helen.
