Meet the new addition to the Adobe family -- Firefly (Beta).

According to Jesús Ramirez, . . .
Firefly is a new generative AI built on Adobe Sensei.
It's a lot like Midjourney but it aims to be a tool for professional creatives.
One of its primary applications is the creation of images and text effects.
The content Firefly is trained on is from Adobe Stock, not your Adobe Creative Cloud libraries.
The users will have great control over aspect ratio, content type, style, color, tone, lighting, and composition.

AI Image Generation has brought up the issue of using copyrighted material. How does Adobe handle it? This is Colin Smith's clarification.
Adobe sources all its images from within Adobe Stock to train its ai.

Its doesn't reproduce the images, but rather learns from all the different images and then creates art based on what it has been trained on, like a machine version of inspiration.

Adobe is also discussing a form of compensation for Adobe Stock contributors.

Did finally get the invite and based on the current Creative Effects Challenge I entered gazebo in a sunlit spot in a clearing in the woods at golden hour or words to that effect and here's what I got. This could be fun playing around!
