Mine was a notification when I started up PPS9.1 then I just followed the instructions.. Did you notice that this went to a sub-thread, not to the initial thread that I started?

I got the e-mail about the update. Just a thought! Did you register your copy of PPS with onOne? I am not sure it matters though. Anyway, just go to the Support page on the onOne site. You will find the link to download this update.

When it was first announced the new version didn't appear when I went into PPS 9 and checked for updates. I did a few days later. I then downloaded the update successfully. I haven't had a chance to play with it.

I'm not Helen...nor am I Ron,  wish I could be of some help but just getting to try PerfectPhotoSuite Just one of the happy ones to receive this from EV. Mine was just downloaded and it is already 9.5 Haven't a clue on how to use this yet but certainly will be checking back here to learn and watch the onOne videos. I don't remember what I was looking in, or doing, but mine did crash once. I'm using Mac-Yosemite. |
