NOTE:
Enhance > Colorize Photo was introduced in PSE 2020.
The updated Refine Edge (brought over from Photoshop) was introduced in PSE 11.
Files dragged from the Photo/Project Bin onto another file in the workspace will behave differently depending on which PSE version you have:
PSE 13 through PSE 2023 -- they will come in as a Smart Object.
PSE 8 through 12 -- Not as a Smart Object.
PSE 7 -- As a Smart Object.

Along the way we will be using several important Photoshop Elements techniques including selections, refine edge, layer masks, photo filters, the levels adjustment, and Hue/Saturation adjustments. I will also be showing you several tricks to make Photoshop Elements layer masks more effectively and how to fix problems caused by the refine edge tool.
