- Applied the Paint Daubs filter (Divide blending mode, 25% Opacity). - Applied a Color Lookup adjustment layer (Run Forest). - Applied the Texturizer filter (Burlap). - Created the border with an action by Shutterfreaks (Rick's Photo Mats)  |

I love that this gave me the opportunity to try one of my purchased actions. Used Aquarelle by PhotographyBB, with a lot of tweaking to the layers before it was done!  |

Wanted to lighten the BG especially the water so I duplicated the original and lightened the duplicate. Applied a mask to that layer and brushed parts of the original image back in. Added swan and duck from HiClipart. Added Rainbow Mist Texture by Erica Paree and blended in using the Vivid Light blend mode. Applied a mask to the texture layer and again brushed away parts of the texture to reveal the layer below.  |
