It was a troubled derby. So many scratches for so many reasons. It was a race for the “not expected to win” contenders. Very strange. But they surely are beautiful animals. And what pomp and circumstance.
My son actually went to the Derby years back. There is a section for the “poor folks”. I never thought the common folk could get in. What an experience that must’ve been
