Recently I decided to create and Astronomy Club here in The Highlands, 55+ retirement community. My motivation was meeting Dr. Bryan Shumaker, a NASA Ambassador, who just moved into our neighborhood. We've had pretty good success thus far - 30+ members. For our next meeting we're presenting "Introduction to Astro-Photography, a no-nonsense approach displaying results ranging from smart phones to dedicated telescopes. Peter, looks like this will be a great presentation! Thanks for sharing this. The president of our Photography Club in our 55± community loves astrophotography. With your permission, I'd like to share this with her. She's working on bringing in the president of our local astronomy club as a speaker.
