- Took the file into Topaz Studio (Abstract Flux). - Applied a texture by Nicolesy (Artists Surface, Overlay blending mode, 25% Opacity). - Created the final effect with a Grunge Overlay template by Dave Seeram (Darken blending mode, 75% Opacity).  |

I like the painterly effect on the boot, Sepiana.
Agree with Lillias, Karen.....he looks quite dapper.
Looks like they love visiting grandma, Lillias. Especially like the boy with the book and the boy peering over the top of the shoe.

Lillias...I love both of yours...I had the same thoughts as you but didn't go with planting flowers. It took me 2 days to hunt down the images (Adobe stock, Unsplash and Pixabay), and to integrate them into the image (background was from Pixabay or Unsplash--can't remember). I had visions of a whole boatload of kids, but the six I have were already too much work! I finally finished it off tonight with a couple of textures: Coffee Shop's Painting Texture 3 (color burn, 35%) and Angela Wolf's Vignette Overlay (multiply, 20%). Anyway... There was an old woman who lived in a shoe...  |
