My fairly new laptop suffered a video card melt-down (not literally!) so my whole laptop had to be replaced with a new one.
While I have reinstalled my software and files, I can't remember how to get my Topaz and Arkvis plugins to show up in Elements 2023. When I change Preferences, Plug-Ins to the Topaz directory, nothing shows up in Elements Editor. My On-one filters loaded just fine, but they actually add Elements at install.
