I am returning to use my Elements 2023, after a long break and a new PC.
I have dual screens and like to have the main screen full of the image so I try to put panels on the second screen.
I have got History color navigation etc there but I can't get the Layers panel to move from the right of the main screen.
Can this be done?
Any help please

Are you in the Basic Workspace? You cannot unlock and drag the Layers panel if you are in the Basic Workspace. You need to be in the Custom Workspace to do this.
