- Created the composite with images from Pixabay. - Applied a Color Lookup adjustment layer (LUT by fotofrank -- Tritone). - Applied the Texture filter (Mosaic Tiles, 45% Opacity).  |

OK....I've played with this enough....and it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be... Used a combination of my images, Rawpixel and StockSolo and pngegg for wheel.  |
