I did this one a long time ago. Unfortunately I can’t find the tutorial I followed to create it but basically I just used the liquify filter to exaggerate the various shapes and angles and then changed the hue as shown.

- Added a Face Tilt (introduced in PSE 2021).
- Created the background with a Natural Wood texture by Gavin Phillips.
- Applied a Color Lookup adjustment layer (Silvered Effect)
- Created the frame effect with Filter Forge (Matching Frame).
