As a Whovian, I find that very cool! Who did the vase? A little restaurant in Beacon, NY, The Pandorica, decorated with the Doctor's memorabilia. Each table has a hand painted jar with a sunflower in it. The door to the Ladies is painted like a Police Call Box. They show an old movie of one of his episodes on a TV which you can enjoy while eating. Every one dining is laughing and enjoying the show.
