I have been getting the "Upgrade to Windows 10" window on my Windows 7 computer for several weeks now. This morning I took the plunge and clicked on Upgrade. I was pleasantly surprised how smoothly and quickly it all went. After reading above some one had printing problems I tried mine and it worked fine. Now I just have to learn all the new items in 10..... I updated my Windows 7 laptop and I need to play around some more before I declare success as a few things seemed to be not quite as they should be initially. I do have a portable Canon Selphy 4x6 printer that I'm told won't work with Windows 10 so I do have another laptop that is staying on Windows 7 . I also decided the time had come to upgrade my knowledge too so I have the Windows 10 Missing Manual being delivered tomorrow Tony

You can't go wrong with Pogue's The Missing Manual. I have this manual for both Windows 7 and 8.1. Excellent resource!

I'm hoping that will be the case - I was influenced by it not being one of the early books on the subject - and it's one case where I like to have the real book in my hands and not a virtual version! Tony

My main concern is that I have two older printers, one an HP and the other an Epson. What problems am I likely to encounter and how will I solve them?

Tony,
Here is one of the things I like about the Missing Manual series. O'Reilly has a page on their site listing errors found after the books have been released.
Errata for Windows 10: The Missing Manual
