Started as a bitmap image of different coloured slats as seen in the background.
Duplicate made and all slats separated out by cutting.
Most of the the separate slats arranged in a circle as seen.
Grouped together and given the same degree of bevel.
Xara Designer's 3D tool used to tilt the circle and give it depth.
The result placed on the background.
A Painnt filter then added to give the texture.
