We had a diverse collection of images for the week, so thanks to our members for the contributions! There are many fine pictures, but I will highlight the ones that captured my eye the most when viewing them. The Greek Tragedy Mask by pontiac1940 I had to follow Clive's link to the larger image. I don't know if he noticed it before shooting or viewing it afterwards. Either way, I agree with "Once you see it…" Bricks and fall leaves by cjt Something about this shot caught my eye. Maybe it is the predominantly red tonality to it, or the way the light emphasized the texture of the brick. I also appreciate the comment of "While walking to the coffee shop" - you never know when you might find a good picture! 
No question the lens flare caught my eye here. I also like the somewhat vintage color it gives the picture. 
I like this creation from @lillias- very eye catching effect! Thanks again for the contributions and keep them coming!

Thanks for judging, Andy. Great choices; I liked reading your thoughts on each one.
Congratulations Clive, cjt, Mart and Lillias. I will add your images to the 2023 Member Gallery tomorrow.
And yes, it was nice to see a good group of images to choose from. Thanks to everyone who is adding to their galleries. Keep them coming!

Thanks for judging and for choosing my photo. Getting out into the country early when the Sun was low paid off.  Everyone else's images are great as usual. So many good photos/images in the galleries that it must be hard to make choices. |

Everyone else's images are great as usual. So many good photos/images in the galleries that it must be hard to make choices.
