8-Point Whitetail Buck
At 7:12:PM CST, returning home from Jumping Jack Class, when Mrs. Buckskin swung the front of her vehicle in between the Cedar trees to get turned around, her headlights caught this nice buck.
She quickly snapped a few photos through the windshield with her mobile phone.
This is about 150-feet from our door.
Deer season is in full swing and it has been sounding like Gunfight at the O.K. Corral around here; hopefully, he will hang around here and live through it; most of these guys around here, if they had caught this deer in the headlights, they would have taken a shot or more at him regardless of whose bedroom window may have been on the other side.
I think they turned out pretty well considering the situation.
I didn't make any attempt at fixing the "green eye" as I figured I would just make a mess of it.
