Hi everyone, Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread. The rules are rather simple.
- Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else.
- Photoshopping is allowed but should be kept to the basics only rather than a total transformation.
- Grab your camera, experiment, and, most of all, have fun.NOTE The inspiration for this theme came from this image by dennis9. |

Said to my husband if we see a bus, I need a picture for the weekly challenge. He said I could take a picture of the railroad tracks (no, that won't work)......sometimes you get lucky!   |

Well, we have Purple buses! i.ibb.co/0QVXF7J/PACE-bus.jpgOne of the four ways to get around Chicago. This is the system out in some of the Suburbs. And this is one of those shades of purple that foil color adjustments for me anyway. cjt |

Transport along the Thames on large boats is fast and convenient for the majority of passengers. A few however hop quickly across the River on much smaller local ferries. Brenda Brenda, great interpretation of this theme -- capturing two different ways of public transportation. I really like the 2nd image; it exudes motion. |

In front of The Tower of London - one boat for commuters, another boat for tourists. For people who like to travel alone and in style, a Black Cab does the job. Matthew Matthew, perfect timing! Capturing the two boats in the same shot. I really like the 2nd image -- the Black Cab coming towards the camera/the viewers. A very effective composition technique, resulting in a dynamic image. |
