Didn't have to fool too much because I located the psd of the original photo project

Note: if you save your psd's, you can always update a project,
and it's great to be able to grab something from an old layout and use it on a new layout.

Made the main part of this page for another project, but incorporated it into a layout, because -
all creations deserve their own layout

Background paper made from 4 papers blended -
added some brushwork because even after blending, background was too plain
Used hue/sat on the trees to make them coordinate better with main photo

Same thing I thought -- I was going to use the text on the left in the main part of the layout then realized I was using a jpg of the original design and couldn't move the text without a lot of work. I couldn't find the psd to disassemble ...

If you click on it, you can go to the original and it's easier to read.

Fortunately, the text is on a solid background. Therefore, it is easy to simply crop out the text area with the PSE background color set to the same color as you text background. Then retype in a larger font. Just takes 2 minutes.
There was slight fading in your background and the every so slight "sharp" edge to the cropped out area. That was quickly smoothed over by cloning.
