I was playing with Affinity Photo and discovered their lighting filter so I just had to have a play.
The image used is from Pexels and I extracted the subject from a very plain dark brown background and placed her on an Oil Painting texture by Shadowhouse Creations.
I used the lighting filter on the subject and again on the background texture layer.
I added a Moon brush by hawksmont from DeviantArt.
