Love the Christmas pages you have shared recently, cats4jan . I started out thinking I was going to modify one of your recent templates but then went off in a different direction. Instead of trying to contain each piece of this set in a frame and adding the snow, I ended up using the snow image from StockSolo as a backdrop. Posting two. I liked it when finished but then decided to add a texture from 2 lil owls. Think that one might look better.

Glad I can inspire. I love this hobby. Love to share my enthusiasm.

The texture seems to go better with the type of graphics you are using plus the fact that the texture makes the background darker.

I like how you said you started one way and ended up going in another direction. That seems to be the way for me too.

Adding the texture was a last ditch effort to make it all come together....and it does seem to go with the rustic quality of the pieces.
