Enjoyed looking through his pictures, Howard. They somewhat reminded me of a Netflix series.... Call the Midwife that I have recently finished watching. BuckSkin said " I will have to look through the photos of my relatives and neighbors and post some; that time is still very much alive in poverty-stricken rural Kentucky." That would be interesting, BuckSkin. Would be nice to see a few that you thought would fit his style. You might want to consider converting them to B/W. |

BuckSkin...I'd love to see some. hmca...glad you enjoyed. Seen little bits of the show and yes, same post war era. It's actually my mums favourite tv program as its her era...she's 90 this year.

We have watched that on KET/PBS every episode since Episode 1.
So far as I know, the series is not finished.
I like that old ancient nun and the trouble she is always creating and getting into.
I like the way the utilities companies keep from getting stiffed by deadbeat tenants = want water = feed the meter BEFORE using the water = same for gas and electricity; it is hard to repossess such things after they have been used.
I also like that old woman with the camera and the Morris Miner(or is it Minor); and, I like the doctor's receptionist.

BuckSkin ...."I like................." There's a lot to like about that show. The actors and actresses are great. Haven't seen the new season show yet. Hope you post your pictures.
