2018 Merrimac Mule Day

Bay mules, Jenn and Jude, of Sonora, Kentucky.
These are the mules and wagon that I rode in on this day.
Robinson Creek traverses this photo, from right to left, on it's way to Green River.
At Elkhorn, the creek runs inside a man-made channel, cut in solid Limestone, straight as a gun-barrel, for miles.
Barely a trickle here; Robinson Creek is almost as big as Green River itself by the time they join.
Merrimac General Store is visible at right-center.
