Fixing airprint Problems for Canon and Epson Printers with Mac Computers

When trying to set up my printer with my new iMac today I ran into problems as the settings I was used to using weren't available to me.  The problem was that when downloading my new drivers from Epson they automatically installed to use airprint.  While airprint is good for ipad and phone printing it is not the best when printing from your computer.  I found this youtube video most helpful.  I am sharing it in case others might encounter the same issues.
