Read an article on the On1 blog titled 6 Different Photo Editing Styles to Try (https://www.on1.com/blog/photo-editing-styles/) and thought the High Key style was worth trying.
Followed their steps in On1 Photo Raw on the image below, followed by adding a few other effects (B&W, Glow, Grunge).

Even though my photo wasn't really that bright of an image like they mentioned to start with and I liked the results enough thought I'd share.

I think your sketch effect emphasizes the shadow/light, lines and textures in your image. Really like your results.
