I purchased PSE 13 this year from Amazon for about 1/2 price. I 'think' I registered it with Adobe but I don't remember for sure. I just had to put in a new hard drive in my computer, but I am finding I did not save my PSE 13 download to an external drive If I did register 13 with Adobe does anyone know if they will allow me to download the file from Adobe even thought I purchased it from Amazon, or do I need to bite the bullet and buy it again? I do have my Product Key for PSE 13 Or wait for PSE14 to come out which I am guessing will be in the next few weeks..... Thank you I do have the download for PSE 11 but I am not finding the Product key for PSE 11 - Bummer!

You can download Elements 13 HERE. You will need the serial number to complete the installation. This link has all the necessary information how to go about it.

I do have the download for PSE 11 but I am not finding the Product key for PSE 11 - Bummer! And the free Belarc Advisor will reveal the product key for all the programs on your computer.

I do have the download for PSE 11 but I am not finding the Product key for PSE 11 - Bummer! And here is another possibility.
Once you have installed and registered Elements, Adobe will keep a record of your serial number. All you have to do is get it from Adobe (via your Adobe ID/account).

Thank you Sepiana! I will contact Adobe to get me PSE11 SN from them soon! I just now installed PSE13 with no problems. When I open the editor I do not see the Layers Panel (or whatever it is called) on the right side of page which I would like to have back. I tried figuring it out on my own but so far I am not successful Thank you

When I open the editor I do not see the Layers Panel (or whatever it is called) on the right side of page which I would like to have back. I tried figuring it out on my own but so far I am not successful Go to Window> . . . and turn on Layers. Shortcut - F11.
As a side note -- When Elements 13 is first launched, the Editor opens up in the Basic Workspace mode. You may prefer to use the Custom Workspace.
