Ran across this in my files - it may well have been a challenge here at PSE&M - but worth a second look

Want to try your hand at making one of these??

- use my layout as inspiration or create your own design template

Make a template of solid bars or other shapes - duplicate your photo - clip your duplicate photo to the template - Lower opacity of the bottom photo layer.

Keep both the original photo and the clipped photo layers on

The title is text clipped to part of the photo with layer styles added

Tried another one.....extracted the officers from the image and used generative fill on the background.
Using the background image I created the barred image per the example.
Added the three officers above the background.
Then just for fun matted the final image.

And without the mat....

Janice I think I actually prefer this without a photo as the background. It’s less distracting somehow.
