Developed an image by janrye@Pixabay. pixabay.com/photos/manipulation-shark-bottle-dessert-3890373/

Added a PSE comic filter, etc. Finished with a scaled down Jodi layer style frame set 1 effect.

Extracted the Fish and placed on a BG from Pixabay
Clipped a Watercolour paper from Pixabay to the fish.
I also applied the Poster Edges filter to the fish.
