Just received an email from ON1 about upgrades. If you upgrade now to Perfect Photo Suite 9.5 then Photo 10, when it's released in October, will be free to you.

I just received that as well. Since I already have 9.5, there doesn't seem to be a clear reason to pre-order yet.

Not sure if the extras will be available after the pre-order time - specifically the 3 months of On1 Photo Magazine (something totally new), The Ultimate ON1 Photo 10 Training - 50 videos by Matt Kloskowski, the ON1 Photo Family License Pack. At one time you had to pre-order by Sept. 29th, - but I don't see that on the latest website advertisement for the pre-order.

I got the email also. Offer ends 9/24/2015 -- On the web site if you click - "Is this an upgrade" it says this:  |
