We wanted to inform you about an important update to our license and activation servers scheduled for August 5th. As part of this update to better serve our customers, all ON1 software activations will be reset, requiring you to sign in again. Please note, you will not lose any activations.
When you launch your ON1 app for the first time on or after August 5th, you will be prompted to sign in to re-activate the software using your email address and password. Please make sure to use the email address associated with your ON1 account, which is likely the same email you used to purchase the app. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here. If you are using the ON1 app manager, you will be signed-in automatically.
