Hi athegn,
- Are you using the Drag & Drop method to do what you describe? - In which Workspace of Advanced Edit are you in? Basic or Custom? - Can you post a screenshot?

Thanks for the screenshots! It looks like you are in the Basic Workspace. This workspace has limitations which may explain this problem you are having. I have moved History, Histogram etc to that screen but I cannot see how to do the same with Layers etc. - The panels you want to move (Layers, Effects, Filters, Styles, Graphics) are displayed along the right side of the screen. - They cannot be moved or resized. - You can bring up only one panel at a time. - For example, if you bring up the Filters panel, that's the only panel you will see. On the other hand, if you are in the Custom Workspace, you will able to move those panels. To bring up the Custom Workspace, . . . 1. Go to the right bottom corner of the screen. 2. Click on the downside arrow. 3. Choose Custom Workspace.
