Agree with Helen. Love the moon sliver and the overall effect.

Pete I also like image #2 but I think the blue color can be enhanced (changed). Go to Enhance>Adjust color>Remove color cast. Use the eye dropper and click on the white moon. This will give you the white point and remove the color cast. You will see a slight difference in the blue color. Now bring up a Levels adjustment layer. Select the blue channel — notice that there a no pixels in the Highlights end. Move the highlights triangle to the left and watch your blue sky change. I think this will improve your blue hour image. Thanks to PeteB, Clive, & Helen for their suggestions. After careful consideration I didn't prefer the composition of the middle one (this is exactly where the moon was located) so I submitted the portrait
