- Created this effect with a template by Panos (Sands of Time). - Applied a Color Lookup adjustment layer (LUT by Nicolesy -- Chroma Ocean). - Applied a texture by Dave Higgins (Black Stroke, Multiply blending mode, 50% Opacity). - Frame done with Filter Forge (Genius Frame).
