	Elements 7 ~~~ 64-bit Windows 7 On a poverty-level Kentucky budget, a 24-exposure roll of film would have two Christmases and a summer vacation on it and we might have to wait another six months before being able to afford developing the film. I still have trouble remembering that it doesn't cost anything to take thousands of pictures; it just almost seems impossible to be true.

Thanks for sharing Buckskin. I have never been in one of those "Combines". I hear that some of them are fully air conditioned with a stereo system and computerised gps tracking. (Not sure if they also have a coffee machine!) Were you the driver or just a "guest"?

On this particular event I was sort of a necessary guest; as, something about the hopper monitor was not working properly and my job was to step out on the veranda occasionally and check how full the 200-plus bushel hopper was getting.

Yes, that machine has all the features you mentioned; you can see the A/C vents above the windshield in the second picture.

That field is so long and the beans so thick that we could not make an entire round before the hopper was full.
