Just playing.
The result is a combination of trying to follow an old tut from Blue Lightening TV on creating Pop Art Portraits and looking at a tut by George Peirson on how to use Elements+ to create smart objects. Lots more practice needed!
I finished off with a stamped layer, a black mask and I used brushes from Nathan Browns ultimate air brush set to brush the image back into view.Image from Pexels.
