Manitowoc CTLC Lattice Boom Turrett Crane
Resides permanently mounted on a pillar at the Ohio River Barge Dock of Consolidated Grain & Barge.
Although this is a Crawler Crane, it appears not to have it's crawler mechanism and is basically turret-mounted to the concrete pilaster, away from the bank, out in the river.

In the foreground is the Liquid Transfer Pipeline Bridge of Tanco Clark Maritime that carries liquid cargo to and from the barge landing.
The tracks of Merchant Grain Rail pass under this bridge.
The trees are on a long slender island that separates a narrow channel from the main-stream of the river.
Upstream/East is left; Downstream/West is right.
