Hi everyone,
Would you like to participate in this challenge? Just post a photo or photos which will be your interpretation of the theme.
The rules are rather simple.
Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. Your photo(s) should be taken during the week of the theme. You are allowed to do some photoshopping. You are to experiment and, most of all, have fun.

This morning I went to my local park - S for squirrels. I took so many shots that I wasn't able to decide which one to select, so I solved my problem by making a collage.

Great choice for a letter - S is for September, Scarecrow and Sewers. September here is the Scarecrow Festival which started this week. As the centre of town is in process of being dug-up to replace Sewers, water and a few other things the area is a bit of a mess so Construction is the theme. Tony

Found a variety of S's on today's walk. Steps descend steeply into one of the dry valleys along Plumstead Common in south east London - they are called Slades, as indicated by the Signpost. Further west, just south of the Thames Barrier is an SSSI (Site of Special Scientific interest) called Gilbert's Pits, where, as a result of quarrying for sand and gravel in former times, the geological Strata are exposed for all to see and admire.

Sydney – Beautiful image! You got this challenge to a great start with the capture of this ship.
Dennis – Seven shots of squirrels!!! You raised the bar here. I really like the collage effect.
Rick – Thinking out of the box! Beautiful searing Hatch’s chiles, one of New Mexico’s treasures. I can practically smell them.
Dennis – Great finding! You really had your eyes open -- stripes on the grass.
Tony – What a colorful assortment of the letter S! It has to be quite a festival – scarecrows galore.
Pauline – Great interpretation of this theme! That car really shines and is in the right place -- a car show.
Brenda – WOW! You found the letter S in so many places – steps, slades, signpost, etc. Then, you topped it all with that site (SSSI). Great job!
Helen – Beautiful! I love the silky and smooth look of the stream water. Slow speed shutter???
Bill – Gorgeous sunrise! Hope you are planning to frame this image and hang it on the wall. Stunning!
As a side note . . .
Bill – The S in Sepiana was a nice touch. Why didn’t I think of it? I could have shot a selfie of Sepiana.
