Hey y'all. I've been using PSE for several years and just recently upgraded to PSE13. This evening I had a question so I tried to access EV but to my dismay it is gone. Fortunately I was redirected here. Glad I found y'all! I did not access EV often, but when I did I generally found the answer to my questions.
As for me, I'm a simplistic photographer, actually more of a hiker so I like the bridge cameras and smaller point-and-shoot devices for their small size, light weight and flexibility. I'm currently using the Canon SX50 HS and the SX710 HS. My wife and I like to hike in the National Parks so we can marvel at the natural wonders and look for critters. Landscapes and wildlife are the primary subjects that I'm looking for. I'd say I'm a light user of PSE. I generally use it just to "clean up" a few photos, create panoramics and layout the pages for the photobooks from each of our trips.
Thanks,
OH

Welcome OH! Thanks for taking the time to introduce yourself. I feel I know you much better already!
I hope you get what you need here, and maybe even participate in a challenge or two. I found my Elements chops sharply improved when I did that.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I've already received some useful information to the first question I posted, so thanks to the community for that. Unfortunately the answer was that the feature I used so much in PSE11 no longer exists. It always baffles me when an upgrade deletes some functionality. But I also recieved a couple ideas on work-arounds, so that's a good thing!
